1 (10 oz) bag frozen cauliflower rice
1 (6 oz) pack shishito peppers
3 ripe avocados
2 red bell peppers,
1 yellow bell pepper
1 jalapeño
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 quart chicken stock
1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 (10 oz) jar Calabrian chiles
1 (16 oz) jar mayonnaise
1 box cake flour
Rainbow sprinkles
1 (8 oz) container prepared pesto
1 (8 oz) ball burrata cheese (or fresh mozzarella)
1 (8 oz) container fresh mozzarella pearls
1 (8 oz) container grated Parmesan cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 (8 oz) container crumbled cotija cheese
4 slices of rye bread (or bread of your choice)
