Y'all, @melissasproduce has been making my life all kinds of convenient this week. 😊🙌🏼 The Whole Inspiration box, filled with 🥑🍠🍅🥕🥒, was absolutely perfect to help fend off the food boredom that always seems to hit me around week 3 of whole30. These murasaki sweet potatoes were great for making toast, and I made some more beet hummus (bonus bc #melissasproduce pre-peeled and cooked baby beets mean I didn't have pink hands for two days) and topped them with baby carrot and cucumber ribbons for some crunch.
