A Note From Erin Clarkson

My love of Earl Grey goes far further than a cup of tea. Ask any of my friends and they will confirm my infatuation with it! I am always looking for a way to sneak it into everything. I love the delicate flavour that it imparts into things. It tastes amazing added to cookies, mixed with chocolate in a ganache, used to infuse pastry cream, and as a flavour for cheesecake. It pairs perfectly with flavours such as lemon and lavender, and it even made its way into one of the tiers of our wedding cake! Officially obsessed.
