For the Earl Grey Iced Tea
ingredients
- 2 bags Earl Grey tea
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup cold water
For the Cream Froth
ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Steep two Earl Grey tea bags in 1/4 cup of hot water for five minutes.
Step 2
Discard tea bags and fill tea with 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside.
Step 3
Lightly whip together heavy cream, sugar, and salt until it thickens but before it forms peaks.
Step 4
In a cup filled with ice, pour the tea almost to the top but leaving room for the cream topping.
Step 5
Fill to the top with cream froth.
