Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 3 Jar EPIC Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh Dill, minced, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste.

Method

  • Step 1

Add your veggies to a soup pot along with the olive oil and saute for several minutes until they are soft. The smaller the veggies are sliced, the more quickly they will cook.

  • Step 2

Add your Epic Bone Broth and bring to a low simmer, simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

Add your noodles and boil on low until the noodles are soft. The cut cappellini cooks quickly, use a smaller pasta to shorten cooking time.

  • Step 4

Add fresh dill that is minced and black pepper to taste.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy!
