THE GROCERY LIST

2 yellow onions
2 heads garlic
1 1/2 pounds tomatillos
1 bunch cilantro
1 head savoy cabbage
1 bunch radishes
1 avocado
1 lime
1 jalapeño
1 bunch thyme
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch basil
1 bunch oregano
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch scallions
1 fresno chile
1 pound shiitake mushrooms
4 sweet potatoes
1 large hunk fresh ginger
1 quart chicken stock
1 (15 ounce) can hominy
1 pound dry rigatoni
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes 
1 (7 ounce) jar chili oil
1 (8 ounce) jar fermented black bean paste
1 pound dried udon noodles
1 cup red wine (or replace with chicken stock)
1 tablespoons sake or vodka (or replace with water)
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, (about 3 large)
2 pounds Italian sausage
1 piece flank steak, (1 1/2-2 pounds)
1 pint heavy cream
1 large pack freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound ricotta
16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
1 dozen eggs
3 lemons
2 packets instant yeast

A super easy dinner that satisfies every craving; sweet, spicy, creamy and caramelized! If you do not have a spiralizer, some grocery stores sell spiralized noodles. If you can't find, you can dice potatoes and serve this more like a hash.
