The January grind is in full force, which means you need a week of hearty dinners to rely on. From luscious soups to flavor-packed grain bowls, to wintery salads, there's plenty to love about this week's menu. Stay warm and keep cooking!

THE GROCERY LIST

4 yellow onions
1 shallot
3 heads cauliflower
1 large knob fresh ginger
1 pear
5 limes
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 avocados
1 jalapeño
1 head purple cabbage
1 fennel bulb
1 cucumber
1 pint blackberries
Fresh thyme
Fresh cilantro
1 ripe banana
1 cup almonds
1 cup peanuts
1 honeynut squash
1 pomegranate
1 cup sprouts
4 oranges
6 large sweet potatoes
1 head of garlic
2 tomatoes
2 (15-oz.) cans coconut milk
2 (15-oz.) cans chickpeas 
1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 small bag coconut flakes
2 (32-oz.) pkgs vegetable broth
Fresh basil
1 cup brown rice
2 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
¾ cup medjool dates
½ cup cashews
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
¾  cup chopped dark chocolate
