1 small bag coconut flakes
2 (32-oz.) pkgs vegetable broth
Fresh basil
1 cup brown rice
2 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
¾ cup medjool dates
½ cup cashews
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
¾  cup chopped dark chocolate
