Made this healthy ramen bowl with turmeric broth by bringing 3/4 cup vegetable broth + 3/4 cup water to a boil and seasoning with 1/2-1 tsp turmeric, black pepper, and garlic powder. Added some cooked GF brown rice ramen noodles (by @lotusfoods), avocado, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, microgreens, and sesame seasoning.

- 2 avocados, thinly sliced, for serving
- Pumpkin seeds, for serving
- Hemp hearts, for serving
- Microgreens, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for serving
Method
Step 1
Bring vegetable broth and water to a boil in a medium pot. Season with turmeric, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Pour into bowls and add remaining ingredients.
