Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 8 slices GF whole wheat bread
- 1/ 2 cup hummus
- 1/ 4 cup mustard
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/ 2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/ 4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/ 4 cup red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 slices vegan cheese
Toast all slices of bread.
Divide hummus and mustard between 4 bread slices, spread evenly. Divide remaining ingredients between slices, top with another bread slice, and serve immediately.
