THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)

2 heads garlic
2 onions
1 ripe banana
1 pear
1 head cauliflower
1 hunk fresh ginger
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh basil
2 honeynut squash
1 pack sprouts of choice 
3 oranges
3 limes
1 pomegranate
5 sweet potatoes
3 medium red potatoes
1 large bunch Swiss chard
3 quarts vegetable stock
2 quarts chicken stock
2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (15 oz) can coconut milk
12 ounce bag red lentil pasta
1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes 
1 pound dry french lentils
3/4 cup pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup cashews
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup dry white wine (or replace with chicken stock)
1 (15 ounce) can stout (or replace with chicken stock)
3 hot Italian sausages, casings removed
4 caprese-style sausages
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

PANTRY ESSENTIALS

Avocado oil
Coconut oil
Salt

Turmeric
Smoked paprika

Soy sauce or tamari

Feedfeed Tip  When cooking lentils, salt them once they have cooked all the way through. Adding salt earlier in the cooking process can prevent them from softening.
