"This past week was such a busy one over here and with Christmas just 30 days away, we know it won't be slowing down anytime soon. πŸ˜³πŸŽ„πŸ™ˆ So, while quick and easy meals are helpful any time of year - around the Holidays they're kind of essential. This dish comes together with just 10 ingredients all in one pot and in approximately 30 minutes. It's tasty, healthy and flavorful and one that would be perfect for this, often hectic time of year (and beyond)."
