  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 package Cascadian Farm Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook frozen riced cauliflower according to package directions.

  • Step 2

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 3

    Once butter is melted, add in minced garlic and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  • Step 4

    Stir in cauliflower, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Step 5

    Top with your favorite protein or on its own and serve immediately.
