"Every holiday gathering, our family makes one special side dish to feed our big family called “Cheesy Baked Rice.” It features Muir Glen Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes, rice, a blend of spices, then topped generously with cheese and baked until bubbly for a delicious, smoky, extra cheesy side dish. It’s ridiculously easy, quick to make, and always a crowd-pleaser. I hope you give it a try! P.S: For all my Seattleite friends, all Muir Glen Canned Tomatoes are on sale for the month of January at @tandcmarkets! 14.5oz Tomatoes are just 4/$5. Such a great deal to stock up on!"
