3 oz dry rosé
1/2 oz St. Germaine (elderflower liqueur)
1 oz sparkling water
mixed berries (for garnish)
lemon wheels (for garnish)
fresh mint (for garnish)
Add crushed ice to glass, then top with wine, St. Germain and sparkling water. Add berries to a food pick or skewer and add to glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel & fresh mint and serve.
*If making crushed ice from home, fill an ice bag halfway with ice cubes. Hit repeatedly with an ice mallet, until ice cubes are crushed into small pieces. Pour immediately into serving glasses.
