- 1 Jar EPIC Honestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/ 4 cup of water
- Kosher Salt, to taste.
- 1/ 8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced for serving
In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
In another bowl, combine your cornstarch and water creating a cornstarch slurry until dissolved.
Pour the Epic Homestyle Savory Chicken Bone Broth into a pot. Bring to a light boil.
Stir in sesame oil.
Mix the cornstarch slurry and pour into pot. Stir well and allow the broth to simmer for another minute.
Stir the broth and slowly pour in the egg at the same time. Season with salt and white pepper. Stir to mix.
Ladle soup into bowls, serve immediately garnished with scallions.
