It's Time To Celebrate With Summer Produce

It's officially summer, which means I'm leaning into juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers and oven-light recipes! I love the bounty this season brings, and especially the chance it gives me to fire up the grill.  If I'm going to be hot while cooking, it's going to be outside, sipping on a cold beverage right in front of the grill.
