- 3 large peaches, pitted and halved
- canola oil, as needed
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- a drizzle of honey
- 1/ 4 cup toasted almonds
Preheat grill over medium heat. Brush the cut side of the peaches lightly with oil, then set cut side down on the grill. Cook undisturbed (so you get nice grill marks) for about 3 minutes, or until the fruit begins to carmelized and can be easily remove from the grill grates.
Set grilled peaches on a platter and let cool slightly. Serve with scoops of vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of honey and toasted almonds!
