1 (14-oz.) can full fat coconut milk
1 cup kimchi
16 oz. protein of choice (chicken, pork, or beef)
2 tbsp kimchi juice
1 pkg roasted seaweed
2 cups apple cider
1 bottle dry white wine
1 (32-oz.) box chicken broth
1 (32-oz.) pkg vegetable broth
1 small jar coarse grain Dijon mustard
2-3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (thighs, legs, or breasts)
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 small block Parmesan cheese
1 large tub full fat Greek yogurt
1 stick unsalted butter
