THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)


1 shallot
1 bunch scallions
1 avocado
1 jalapeno
Microgreens
1 bunch fresh parsley
3 limes
1 lemon
1 bunch fresh cilantro
3 (12 oz.) bag riced cauliflower
1 dozen eggs
1 medium kabocha squash
1 bunch leeks
1 head of garlic
4 inch piece ginger
2 inch piece fresh turmeric
2 heads of cauliflower
1 lemon, halved
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14-oz.) can full fat coconut milk
1 cup kimchi 
16 oz. protein of choice (chicken, pork, or beef)
2 tbsp kimchi juice
1 pkg roasted seaweed
2 cups apple cider
1 bottle dry white wine
1 (32-oz.) box chicken broth 
1 (32-oz.) pkg vegetable broth
1 small jar coarse grain Dijon mustard
2-3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces (thighs, legs, or breasts)
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 small block Parmesan cheese
1 large tub full fat Greek yogurt
1 stick unsalted butter

Spice Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini and Hummus 

We recommend roasting both heads of cauliflower using this method. Chop the extra roasted cauliflower into bite sized-chunks to use for dinner tomorrow evening. Click the image above to see a video tutorial of this recipe.

Feedfeed Tip To test the doneness of a whole roasted cauliflower, use a long wooden skewer. If it's done, you should be able to insert the skewer through the head of cauliflower easily.
