Almond Flour Everything Bagels

"So proud that i can officially add paleo bagel making to my list of life skills. I mean look—these aren’t your doughy, gluten-y new york style bagels. but that’s not really the point. these are gluten-free, paleo bagels with more of a bread-like texture. they are incredible and so easy, even Gavyn could make them for you. Pro tip—get yourself an inexpensive silicone donut pan so you don’t have to grease the pan and they don’t stick! I have to thank my sweet mama friend a fresh pure food for sharing this recipe with me bc she nailed it!"

Recipe Card


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • everything bagel seasoning
  • garlic & herb seasoning


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350℉. Prepare a donut pan by spraying with cooking spray. If using a silicone pan, there is no need to grease it.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal, baking soda, arrowroot powder, and salt.

  • Step 3

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

  • Step 4

    Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir together until well combined.

  • Step 5

    Scoop the batter into the donut pan. It will make 4 donuts. Sprinkle the batter with everything bagel seasoning and garlic-herb seasoning.

  • Step 6

    Bake for 18 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, then enjoy!
