ingredients
- 1 bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, finely chopped
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes, washed and sliced into thin rounds
- 1-2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 lime wedge
Method
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 350F degrees.
Step 2
Once preheated, add Alexia Sweet Potato Fries and crisp for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Once fries are crisp, add to a platter or bowl and top with the sliced cherry tomatoes, parsley, goat cheese, and diced avocado with a squeeze of lime juice to finish it off.
