Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter softened
2 cups (256g) confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup (35g) baking cocoa
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract, divided
3 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions:
In the Vitamix, combine the heavy cream, granulated sugar and 2 tsp vanilla and secure lid. Turn machine to Variable, then turn on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 12 seconds for soft peaks. Do not over mix. Remove cream fro machine, and set aside.
Rinse the Vitamix container, then add cream cheese and butter and blend on 1-2 until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Add in confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and vanilla and mix on 2 until incorporated, about 30 seconds. Turn blender to 3 and mix for 15-30 seconds.
Pour contents into a large bowl then fold in whipped cream. Stir until combined. Portion the mousse into small bowls, topping with extra whipped cream if desired.
