Before we know it, cold weather is going to be here in full force, so we're embracing the dwindling days of summer. We've got some soup planned for this week, but don't worry–there's still plenty of fresh salads and seasonal dishes to highlight September's produce.

THE GROCERY LIST

1 head of cauliflower
1 bunch cilantro
1 (5 oz) container mixed greens
1 lemon
1 medium yellow onion
1 head of garlic
6 medium sweet potatoes
1 bunch fresh thyme
1 bunch fresh basil
1 pound mushrooms
2 medium eggplants
1 small bag carrots
2 large tomatoes
2 ears of corn
2 heads of romaine
2 avocados
2 limes
2 (15-oz.) cans chickpeas
1 (15-oz.) can black beans
1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans
1 (14.5-oz.) can whole, peeled tomatoes
1 (14.5-oz.) can tomato juice
1 (32-oz.) carton vegetable broth
1 (15 oz) can coconut cream 
2 1/2 oz dark chocolate
1/4 cup pistachios
1/2 cup pepitas
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 cup walnuts
1 pkg tortillas
1 cup bread crumbs
