Chickpea Carrot Amaranth Falafels
"Chickpea Carrot Amaranth Falafels with Avocado Walnut Pesto. Vegan, gluten-free (without the pita) These falafels are so light and fluffy. I felt inspired to use amaranth flour in this recipe and I'm loving the texture."
