THE GROCERY LIST

2 pounds carrots
2 cups lentils
4 yellow onions
2 heads garlic
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers
1 large head cauliflower
Fresh thyme
Fresh sage
Fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh basil
1 (15-oz.) block tofu
2 large butternut squashes
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas
2 lemons
5 sweet potatoes
2 (15-oz.) cans pumpkin puree
1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk
2 limes
5 oz shiitake mushrooms
1 lb. gluten free pasta
3/4 cup plant based half-and-half
1 (32-oz.) box unsweetened almond milk
1 bottle dry white wine
Vegan parmesan cheese
3 (32-oz.) pkgs vegetable stock
3 ounces vegan butter 
1 ¼ cup almond flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 (3.5-oz.) vegan dark chocolate bars
½ cup sliced almonds
