ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces tofu, mashed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Method
Step 1
Heat pan on medium high heat. Add Coconut oil once pan is hot.
Step 2
Add the tofu, turmeric, curry powder and salt and pepper, mix.
Step 3
Once spices are well incorporated into the tofu mixture, add the water to add some moisture into the tofu mixture.
Step 4
Let cool and add to your sandwich of choice, or serve it hot with toast!
