I've noticed the savory recipes that I in the past have posted here got less engagement, so I just stuck to the things I know you all appreciate I guess❤️But I love savory foods too, so lets give it s try!"

ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces tofu, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat pan on medium high heat. Add Coconut oil once pan is hot.

  • Step 2

    Add the tofu, turmeric, curry powder and salt and pepper, mix.

  • Step 3

    Once spices are well incorporated into the tofu mixture, add the water to add some moisture into the tofu mixture.

  • Step 4

    Let cool and add to your sandwich of choice, or serve it hot with toast!
