Nut Butter & Jam Sandwiches
ingredients
- 6 slices white or sourdough sandwich bread
- 20 mini waffles, (5 large waffles broken down into 20 small)
- 10 mini croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 cups Ground Up Nut Butters, (variety)
- Jem Organics Pistachio Ginseng Cashew Butter
- Girl Meets Dirt Preserves
- Stone Hollow Farmstead Hot Pepper Jelly
- Kelly's Jelly
Chocolate Covered Popcorn
ingredients
- 1 cup salted popcorn
- 1 cup peanut butter or caramel popcorn
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Snacking Mix
ingredients
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate peanut butter cups
- 1/4 cup pretzel M&M'S
- 1/4 cup regular M&M'S
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chip chunks
- 2 tablespoons raisins
Additional Board Components
ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 4 celery stalks, cut into thirds
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup yogurt covered raisins
- 1 red apple, sliced `
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1/4 pound seedless green grapes
- 1/4 pound seedless red grapes
- 2 granola bar squares
- 1 cup mini cheddar sandwich crackers
- 2 cups potato chips
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip cookies
- 5 mini black and white cookies
Method
Step 1
Form a variety of nut butter and jam sandwiches using items from The Feedfeed Shop. Cover with aluminum foil to keep fresh and place aside.
Step 2
Mix salted and sweet popcorn in a bowl to combine. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Place aside uncovered to harden.
Step 3
Add pretzels, peanut butter cups, M&M’S, chocolate chip chunks, and raisins in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Transfer to a smaller serving bowl. Store any extra mix at room temperature in an airtight bag.
Step 4
Arrange bowls on a large round board first: popcorn, snacking mix, whipped cream cheese, and Nutella. Place small serving spoons in cream cheese and Nutella bowls. Place nut butter and jam sandwiches in sections around board. Fill in each open space sectionally with celery sticks, dried apricots sprinkled with yogurt covered raisins, apple slices, grapes, granola bars, cheddar sandwich crackers, potato chips, chocolate chip cookies, and black and white cookies. Serve to a hungry crowd with napkins and small snacking plates.
