This week we’re featuring two of our favorite cruciferous vegetables - broccoli and cauliflower! These year-round staples are endlessly versatile and packed with nutrition. We kick off the week with a creamy broccoli rabe pasta, move into colorful tacos and wrap up with a secret-ingredient broccoli soup (bread bowl optional). As an added bonus, most of these recipes include flavor components (think quick sauces, dressings and condiments) that can get repurposed throughout the week.
