Broccoli Soup With Cashew Cream
This soup is so so so delicious. I'm having mine with an olive and rosemary roll on the side. Perfect lunch! This is actually Peter's recipe but I've tweaked it a touch. Also, thank you to @thefeedfeed for featuring my confetti salad on their website.

Confetti Kale Salad
Confetti Kale Salad: Chopped purple kale, bladder cherries, yellow pepper, watermelon radish, sprouted legumes, purple cabbage, tempeh, avocado, cucumber, pumpkins seeds and hemp hearts. Dressing: lemon, avocado oil, maple syrup and whole grain mustard.

These crackers are my favourite snack these days. I probably make them about twice a week. They are a great alternative to bread or expensive crackers from the health food store. They are extremely easy to make, oil free, sugar free, gluten free and are filled with so many nutritious ingredients. I topped mine with 1: raw cashew cream cheese from @zengarryveg and cucumber with yellow beet 2: classic hummus and roasted sweet potato 3: beetroot spread and peppers Rosemary and garlic crackers:💥😊 1/2 cup of chia seed I use @mammachia 1/3-1/2 cup of nutritional yeast 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa 1/3 of raw sunflower seeds 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup of sesame seeds 1 tsp of sea salt 1 tsp of pepper 3 cloves of garlic minced 2 tbs of onion 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tbs of ground flax 1 tbs of fresh Rosemary (you can used any herb you want. I ❤️Rosemary) 1 cup of water Stir until combined Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to desired thickness. Bake at 325f for 30 mins. Remove from oven, slice into squares. Happy Sunday guys! I've been crazy busy this week with work and school but I managed to take some time this morning to make this acai berry and blood orange bowl. ❤️⭐️ Smoothie: banana, coconut water, hemp milk, spinach, blueberry, acai powder, chia, orange and wheatgrass. Toppings: buckwheat groats, organic chia, blood orange, kiwi and acai berry powder. #yuminthetumrepost @mammachia
Good afternoon friends! Today's salad features organic main coast sea vegetable Dulse. I buy mine in ready to use flakes. They are my new favorite thing to add to soups, stews and salads. Dulse is High in vitamins and minerals, helps heal poor digestive systems, supports healthy brain function and is very high in iodine for healthy thyroid function. Sea side salad: 🐠🐟🌿 Organic greens, purple cabbage, Dulse flakes, cucumber, avocado, macro green assorted sprouts, hemp hearts with a side of raw crackers and hummus.

I'm taking a break from studying to listen to some records and eat this delicious bowl. ⚡️Modern Love Macro Bowl:⚡️ Brown rice, *marinated tofu, sautéed zucchini, kale, bok choy, yellow pepper and greater Rae carrot. Sauce: chilli sauce and a bit of tamari and garlic. Marinade: 2 Tbs balsamic, 2 Tbs tamari, garlic and ginger. ❤️

As the holidays officially come to an end I feel like it's time to reset and get back into my healthy routine. I think a green smoothie and some oatmeal is a good start. Green smoothie: spinach, coconut water, banana, frozen mango, spirulina, hemp hearts, flax oil and a probiotic. Oats: almond milk, raspberry compote, cinnamon, chia seeds, almond milk, clementine and blueberries. ❤️
