All About Beets! 

 

Beets are like ruby red gems in the middle of winter. We start the week roasting a big batch of beets, turn them into a quick dip and schmear for lamb meatballs. We round out the week with a garlicky shrimp skillet, perfect for an early Valentine’s Day meal. Looking for a project recipe?
