This week's meal plan has bright and vibrant recipes that are perfect for the warmer weather ahead! Start the week with an easy baked chili lime salmon served with rice and mango salsa. You can easily make the rice and mango salsa a day or two ahead to cut down on cook time Monday night. Tuesday night is a simple  skillet bake of sausage and veggies. We love a #pastanight at least once a week. This week we've got a creamy garlic lemon chicken pasta. Finish the week off with crab cakes and a Passion Fruit Pisco Sour

Prep: Prep the rice and mango salsa on Sunday night. The rice can quickly be reheated right before serving and the flavors of the mango salsa will meld overnight. All that's left to do on Monday is to season and bake your salmon filets! 

Monday: Chili Lime Salmon
Tuesday: Broccoli Rabe and Sausage Skillet Bake
Wednesday: Creamy Garlic Lemon Chicken Pasta
Thursday: Crab Cakes with Lemon and Dill Aioli
