The new year is finally here, which means it's time to get back on track. To us, what better get way to back into your routine than a fresh meal plan to get you through the week? This week's line up includes everything from jambalaya to cauliflower steaks to a one pot pasta. You're going to love this weekend's smoothie!

Feedfeed Tip For ultra crispy tofu, the trick is to remove as much moisture from the block as possible. Pat it down with paper towels and place something heavy (like a sheet pan or a cast iron skillet) atop the block of tofu for 15 minutes to let some of the moisture escape.
