Recipe Card

For the tacos:


  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 cup veggie broth
  • 2 tablespoons liquid aminos (tamari/soy)
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pink salt & pepper

For the avocado crema:


  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pink salt & pepper to taste


  • Step 1

    Chop cauliflower and toss in saucepan with the veggie broth, lime juice & liquid aminos. After 2 minutes of simmering, remove and drain. Add cauliflower to a bowl and add all spices & chopped onion.

  • Step 2

    Add to a baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, flip & cook another 20 minutes. While you’re waiting for the cauliflower, make the crema in a blender and add water until desired texture is achieved.

  • Step 3

    Once cauliflower is finished, serve with sides of your choice, such as rice, beans, slaw, etc
