Now that everyone is back to reality, it's time to get back on track with home-cooked meals! While we have dozens of Dinner Salads, Healthy Soups and Clean Eating options on our site, we opted to keep this menu fairly comfort food heavy (it's chilly out there!) but we did include a nutrient rich smoothie (see above) which is just what we are craving after a long (and indulgent) holiday season.

Feedfeed Tip Be sure to soak the dried black beans overnight before attempting this recipe. If you are short on time, feel free to substitute with canned black eyed peas.
Feedfeed Tip If you do not have an electric pressure cooker, you can make this in a dutch oven on the stove top instead. Sauté the aromatics and meat as directed in the recipe, then add the remaining ingredients and cover and cook for about 30 minutes, or until cabbage and rice are tender.
