THE GROCERY LIST

4 medium zucchinis
2 ripe peaches
4 pints cherry tomatoes
8 oz fresh burrata
4 oz sliced prosciutto
7 limes
1/4 cup Mexican crema (or sour cream)
2 romaine hearts, halved, stem left intact
8 ears of corn
2 bunches fresh cilantro
4 (6-oz.) boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 large container Greek yogurt
1 cucumber
1 bunch mint
1 jalapeño
1 tomato
2 handfuls salad greens
4 lemons
1 onion
1 large bunch of leeks
1 head of garlic
2 cups heavy cream
1 avocado
1 large fennel bulb
6-8 fairy tale eggplants
1 (15-oz. can) cannellini beans
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
3 anchovy fillets
1/2 tsp grainy mustard
2 pounds fingerling potatoes
1/2 cup basil pesto
10 small corn tortillas
1 (4-oz.) log goat cheese
1 bunch radishes
Fresh basil
1 cup dark chocolate chips
 

PANTRY ESSENTIALS

Balsamic vinegar
EVOO
1 stick butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp coriander powder
Cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 cup quinoa
3 cups chicken stock
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
