Peaches with harissa (I recommend @nyshuk "Rosey Harissa Spice"), peaches with sumac or smoked paprika...Or red pepper jelly, vinegar, mustard & brown sugar as shown here. Now is the time! Pass the rosé! ?"

ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 2 small peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper jelly
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Pinch of brown sugar

Method

  • Step 1

    Place wheel of brie wrapped in tin foil on a heated grill for 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Slice up fresh peaches and toss with a red pepper jelly, vinegar, mustard and touch of brown sugar.

  • Step 3

    Serve peaches over brie. Enjoy!
