- 1/2 diced Spanish onion
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup orzo
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons Tuttorosso Tomatoes Tomato Paste with Sweet Basil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon plus more for serving chili paste (optional)

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sausage and let it cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes to develop a nice crust.

Continue cooking, breaking the sausage into pieces, until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
