  • 2 cups Piave PDO, grated
  • freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    On a lined baking sheet, place about 1 tablespoon of Piave PDO cheese. Space them out so they don’t melt together. About 1" - 2" apart.

  • Step 3

    Transfer to the oven and bake for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Once your crisps are ready transfer to a cooling rack and let them cool for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Place on your charcuterie board and pair with fresh fruits, salami, savory spreads like dijon or sweet jams.
