How is it already March?! Spring is right around the corner, but in the meantime, we're filling up on all the end of winter goodies. Soup, tofu, fritters, and pasta! Hope you came hungry!

1 (32 ounce) carton almond milk

1 pint pineapple juice
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas
1 (14 ounce) can black beans
4 lemons
1 lime
2 blood oranges
1 head garlic
1 red onion
1 (1-inch) knob ginger
1 head romaine lettuce
1 red cabbage
1 bunch kale
1 head broccoli
2 avocados
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
1 jalapeño pepper
1 bunch thyme
1 bunch dill
1 bunch Thai basil
1 bunch cilantro
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen vegetable medley
8 ounces frozen spinach
Vegan Parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) block firm tofu
Vegan sandwich spread
