ingredients
- 1 baguette (or any crostini sized bread), sliced and toasted
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 3-4 Figs, sliced
- Pine honey, to drizzle
- 2-3 Basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
- Whole cloves, to taste
- Himalayan Pink salt, to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ºF and toast bread slices on both sides
Step 2
Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or by hand, whip the goat cheese until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Spread a spoonful of goat cheese on each toasted slice. Top with a fig slice, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with basil, salt, and cloves.
