ingredients

  • 6 ounces raspberries,
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • White chocolate, melted
  • Dark chocolate, melted

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Mash the raspberries with a fork in a shallow bowl. Add in the honey and mix until evenly combined.

  • Step 3

    Using a spoon, scoop the raspberry and honey mixture into disks onto the parchment paper. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    After removing the frozen raspberry disks from the freezer, coat them in melted chocolate. Freeze until the chocolate hardens, then move the the fridge for storage.
