- brioche bread
- 1 tablespoon canola oil

- 1 stick butter
- 10 ounce bag Cascadian Farm Frozen Mango Chunks
- 3 spoonfuls sugar

For the blackberry and blueberry sauce
- 1 8 ounce bag Cascadian Farm Frozen Blueberries
- 1 8 ounce bag Cascadian Farm Frozen Blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar

For the strawberry whipped cream
- 6 Cascadian Farm Frozen Strawberries, in puree
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup cold milk cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Method
For the French toast
Step 1
Mix the sugar with the eggs and milk.
Step 2
Cut the brioche into slices.
Step 3
Dip it in the mixture of egg, milk and sugar.
Step 4
Brown in a frying pan.
Step 5
Place your berry sauce on the plate, place your French toast on the plate, add the mango and cream with hints of strawberries.
For the mango and brown butter
Step 1
Place the butter in a pan and heat until it takes on a hazelnut color.
Step 2
Dissolve the sugar by cooking it with the handle of a frying pan.
Step 3
Add brown butter.
Step 4
Keep warm.
For the Blackberry and blueberry sauce
Step 1
Dissolve the sugar with the fruit in a pan.
Step 2
Add to the blender, and then strain.
Step 3
Reserve.
For the strawberry whipped cream
Step 1
Beat in the cream with the sugar, until it looks like chantilly, add the strawberry puree and continue beating.
