Spring Daylight Savings and I have a love-hate relationship. On one hand, I’m ecstatic that I no longer have to bear 4:30 PM sunsets and 10 minuscule hours of daylight, yet that also means that I have to sacrifice one precious hour of my beauty rest. The horror! To make up for this gargantuan loss of time, I want to cook something extra quick this weekend, so I can hurry to bed.
