Blood Orange Recipes

This deeply hued cousin to oranges is a winter citrus gem. The radiant color of the fruit makes it suited to show stopping desserts and cocktails. It can also add some pop to a salad in the form of supremes or dressing. Add the juice of a blood orange to a glaze for baked goods or even a marinade for meat.
