- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt, To Taste
- Pinch of turmeric
- Black pepper, To Taste
- 8 ounces firm tofu, cubed
- sandwich bread, optional, for serving
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together vegan sandwich spread, mustard, salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Gently fold in the tofu. Serve on bread, if desired.
