In this weekly guide, we provide recipes that you can easily pull off based on pantry staples and what you might have on hand. We provide tweaks and substitutions you might need, keeping in mind that access to fresh ingredients may be hard to come by. We hope you use it as inspiration to turn out healthy and hearty meals while riding out this storm at home. Stay safe, be well and take some comfort in the kitchen.

These recipes are a home run if you're looking for a light spring dinner! 
 

 Make sure to pat your salmon dry first, so that it gets a better crust from searing. To prevent your fish from sticking to the pan , make sure to preheat the pan with no oil. Once hot, add oil and fish to the pan and sear according to the recipe!

Soft and chewy blondies bring so much comfort to any home! These are incredibly easy to put together and only bake for about 25 mins. 

Feedfeed Tip: LET THEM COOL COMPLETELY! They are going to come out of the oven soft and gooey and will cut into squares once cool. If you don't, ice cream is an acceptable vehicle for warm blondies.
