Carrot Top Pesto

Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 1/2 cup carrot, greens only
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper, To Taste


  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
