THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)


2/3 pound sashimi quality Ahi tuna
2/3 pound sashimi quality salmon
4 green onions, finely sliced
1/4 cup gluten free ponzu
4 radishes
2 Persian cucumbers
2 avocados
1 pound lean 94% ground turkey
1 head of garlic
2 white onions
¼ cup basil pesto
3 medium sweet potatoes
2 avocados
1 tablespoon Basil Pesto
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 cup arugula
1/2 cup hummus
4 lemons
2 1/4 pounds potatoes
1 pound green beans
4 cups curly kale leaves
½ lb. bacon
1/4 cup honey
1 jalapeno
1 bunch cilantro
2 limes
5 medium fresh tomatoes
6 Serrano peppers
3/4 cup grated Cotija cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 bag gluten-free tortilla chips
2 heads Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1 jar roasted red peppers
1/4 cup pitted mixed olives
1 can chickpeas
1 jar artichokes
1 small red onion
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 liquid from can of peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp minced shallot
4 (6 oz) Salmon steaks
1 lb haricot vert, trimmed
2 handfuls watercress
Fresh chives
1 wheel of brie
2 small peaches
1 tbsp red pepper jelly
 

PANTRY ESSENTIALS

EVOO
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
3 cups cooked rice
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha
Tahini
Vegetable oil
1 cup chicken stock
Dried oregano
Rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard 
pinch of brown sugar

Feedfeed Tip For perfectly blanched green beans, keep a large bowl of ice water by the saucepan, and once the green beans have cooked for about 3 minutes, drain them and transfer to ice water.
