Avocado Soup

"This soup comes together in ten minutes and uses 4 super simple ingredients. Naturally vegan and gluten free. Serve it topped with lump crab or croutons for an extra special look."

Recipe Card


  • 5 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • Tabasco, To Taste

Garnishes (optional)


  • Olive oil
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Croutons
  • Lump crab


  • Step 1

    In a blender, add in your avocados, salt and stock. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add in tabasco to taste, pulse until combined.

  • Step 2

    Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. *Warning – the longer it sits before serving, it may form a brown crust
