Pepperoni French Bread Pizza
1 french baguette, doesn't have to be the freshest, this is a good use of leftover bread
1 cup Pizza Sauce of choice
2 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat the oven to 425˚ F. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then portion it however you see fit (we usually cut it in half, then in half again so I get 8 pizzas).
Add the sauce and top with the grated cheese. Add the pepperoni (or whatever other toppings you'd like) and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until bread is crispy on the bottom and the cheese has melted and browned.
