"Garlic Naan Pizza with Balsamic Caramelized Onion and Mozzarella cheese Few days ago, I had a lunch gathering and ordered a similar garlic bread in the restaurant. Wow! It tasted so good. A voice in my mind said we should get to bake ours at home. For the naan bread, 1cup bread flour, 1/4tsp salt, 3/4tsp yeast, 1/4tsp sugar, 1tbsp olive oil and 3/8cup low fat yoghurt are mixed together. Knead till a smooth and elastic dough is formed. Let rise for 2h. Then, shape it and top with the balsamic caramelized onions and cheese. Bake in oven at max heat till the cheese dissolved and the crust golden brown. A super easy and healthy snack / brunch / lunch / dinner...... is done! Not to mention it's cheaper than dining out Bon appetit and have fun in the kitchen"
